The Associate Workshop Manager reports to the Chief Workshop Manager and is typically a part-time position, ranging from 20 - 40 hours a week depending on the business need.  This is considered to be an entry level supervisory position and is typically a first managerial position.  The main function of this role is to learn to be a great floor leader.  As those skills are developed, the Associate Workshop Manager may begin to take on a designated responsibility within the store in preparation for their promotion to the position of Assistant Workshop Manager.
